On Jun. 22, 2021, the annual Liaoning provincial conference on publicity of college students' conscription was held at Bohai University (BU), which served as the organizer of the meeting held in the Music Hall of its Songshan Campus. It was attended by some leaders who are responsible for the military conscription work from related departments within Liaoning Province, and by 400 students of BU. At the meeting, some representatives delivered speeches about their efforts to be made to publicize the conscription work.
