On Jul. 24, 2020, ZHAO Hui, president of Bohai University, made an inspection of Research Institute of Northeastern Asia Corridor, and had a meeting with the audience, talking about the construction of "high-level think tank for the coastal area development in Liaoning Province." President Zhao pointed out in his speech that efforts should be made to construct the think tank to promote Bohai University to a higher level.
