On Jul. 20, 2020, the Founding Conference on Bohai University Working Commission of Alumni Association in Fuxin Region was held in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. It also serves as the Nameplate Unveiling Ceremony for Bohai University Alumni Station in Fuxin Region. There were some people attending the conference, including FANG Hong-zhi, vice-president of Bohai University. Vice-president Fang made a speech at the conference, stressing the importance for the founding of the commission and the station.
