From May 27 to 29, 2020, intensive training sessions were held in the Music Hall for the mid-level leaders of Bohai University (BU) to learn the essence of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee held in Beijing from Oct. 28 to 31, 2019. The sessions were chaired by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Hui, president of Bohai University.
