On the afternoon of May 19, 2020, a meeting was held by Bohai University (BU) for its work of military conscription. It was attended by leaders who are responsible for BU's military conscription work. At the meeting, ZHOU Jing-lei, vice-president of BU, made a speech emphasizing the importance of the work, and calling for all efforts to publicize the conscription and to complete the work.
