On May 13, 2020, a meeting was held by Bohai University (BU) for the cooperation between BU and Huawei Jinzhou Branch. At the meeting, LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, had a talk with ZHAO Ding-xin, general manager of Huawei Jinzhou Branch, and some leaders from related educational departments at Jinzhou City level and Liaoning Province level. Mr. Zhao briefly introduced the progress made by Huawei in the building of smart city in Jinzhou City. Secretary Liu expressed his wish to cooperate with Huawei in campus construction, talent training, internship, etc..
