On Mar. 27, 2020, a symposium was held by Liaoning Provincial Government Office for the poverty alleviation leaders sent to Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. At the meeting, Wang Ji-cheng, vice-secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, reported to the Office about Bohai University's work of poverty alleviation, which was highly praised by the leader from the Office. For the recent years, the school leaders of Bohai University attached great importance to the alleviation work by taking some effective measures to help the poverty-stricken people in Bohai University's targeted poverty alleviation region.
