To help the poverty-stricken students of Bohai University (BU) to fight against the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, BU provided them (3540 undergraduates and 1860 postgraduates) with its stipend earlier than the usual time in the spring semester, so that they may smoothly spend the coming new semester.
