On Jan. 11, 2020, a conference was held by Bohai University (BU) in its Academic Report Hall of School Library to promote its professional construction. In the conference, which was hosted by ZHANG Shou-bo, vice-president of BU, ZHAO Hui, president of BU, stressed the significance of the construction and made some requirements for it.
